I love making wraps with the leftovers. Chopped up char siu, rice, scallion, shredded cabbage and carrot, fried egg and maybe a little drizzle of kecap manis all wrapped up burrito like....heaven....
addendum.....
reheated the roast in the oven for an hour today
at 300* and had sliced chuck biscuits for supper.....
the meat just melted in the mouth......OMG!!!
the coffee rub is outstanding and this has become my
new favorite way to cook chucks.....
