Well I posted the Tri Tip sandwich earlier but that was actually the leftovers.
The original was served sliced with the chimichurri, mac n cheese and green beans.

I took out a whole chicken and chuck roast from the freezer for dinner this week. Guess I’m taking the tri-tip out too. Looks too darn good not to make!!
