Green egg but this was the first Turkey. Rubbed down under skin with herb butter salt pepper and some special sh*t. Rested in frig overnight. Was not at home so I cooked in oven at 450 for 90 minutes until internal breast temp was 150*. Rested for 30 minutes on counter and temp jumped to 160*. Perfection. Moist Juicy great flavor.
