Cream Cheese and Jelly will never be the same. Then there's glazes...and sauces...I want to get some. Hell, I want to make some, but he didn't give away all of his secrets. I will definitely buy some, he needs to be rewarded. I don't know if I can keep my curiosity in check though to keep myself form making custom bacon jams...

This would be a great glaze on a fatty wrapped in bacon...

...I think. I guess I haven't tasted it so I don't know.
