I'm loving the looks of that meal. Since no one has asked what did you use on the shrimp? I recently grilled some with Saigon 21 on half and Smokey Chili Lime on the other. I liked them both, but should have used more Saigon 21.

It's hard to imagine a more satisfying meal than that! Very nicely done - the cook as well as the pix.
 
Man, there is some talent on this forum. All the pictures look like the work of some fancy “food stylist” from a New York magazine.
 
I missed this the first time around myself, but it deserves this revival! Well done, Tom and Mrs.B. Everything looks absolutely amazing!
