somebody shut me the fark up.
I've failed miserably at snapping process & complete photos over the last few weeks. Thus... here's what we've been doing over the last week.
Last Saturday - CINCHOUSE had asked me to smoke the remainder of a prime packer brisket on the 26er. Oak from up by the "Goal Posts" on the IR-137 low level route provided the smoke. Adkins from TX provided the seasoning.
Rather chuffed about the outcome.
Monday evening found us at The Outpost in NE ABQ to cheer on the USWNT as they prepare for the Beijing Olympics with a game against the NM Ice Wolves.
It was great fun and the sell-out crowd cheered for both sides.
Tuesday evening, I had a wild hair... and whipped up a batch of grilled chicken gyro wraps... complete with feta, homemade tatziki, veg, and fries appropriately seasoned with Old Bay!
Tonight (Friday), CINCHOUSE asked for Husk Cheeseburger Sliders.
Big plans for more homemade birria from the InstantPot on Saturday if all works out as I hope. Family counting on another installment of birria ramen for dinner.
