i saw guerry cooked up a beautiful hunk of beef and it inspired me to do the same. i rubbed a sirloin tip roast down with my brisket rub, smoked paprika and lemon zest. i'm going to make some sandwiches tonight. i'll have to post that one later.....











this is peaches fried in butter with cinnamon and brown sugar, served over vanilla ice cream with cool whip......







and louisiana crawfish tails are back in season. fried them up with some cod.....

Crawfish tails! I'm so there. Will be at the French Quarter festival next month for lots of music, crawfish, oysters, & poboys!
 
Jason, that looks ridiculously good! You could do some serious inspiring of your own with that cook! :thumb:
