A little weekend cookout

I went to see friends in Texas for a few days and had a nice visit. We made finger food one night..

seasoned two pots..
one with crawdad boil, salt, lemons, cayenne, smoked sausage, onion, garlic..

the second one with just a small amount of crawdad boil and salt..

prepping the smoked sausage, new potatoes...

shrimp and crawdads...

corn

snow crab legs...

getting the garlic bread ready to toast...

started the tatoes first...

next the corn, then the crawdads and last the shrimp...

the second pot was for the crab legs and more corn...

That's it. Served with garlic bread, garlic butter, horseradish sauce...and lots of cold beverages.

I was pretty much set for the night. :wink:

It was nice to see my friends for a few days. :grin:
