1st cook on the Chicken Graveyard

At the end of the week the wife wanted some grilled chicken thighs. Used some RecTeq Greek rub for some Greek Chicken. Chicken was juicy and delicious. There is no replicating those juices dropping directly on those hot coals and the flavor it produces. Skin was also super crispy. First cook was definitely a success. Added to the chicken fresh squash and potatoes out of the FIL's garden and black eye peas.

You right I meant fresh cabbage. We had the fresh squash the next night at my in-laws good call.
