So i search these forums for a few days. Do my first bacom weave, roll out the sausage, stuff it with ham and cheese. Put a little magic dust rub on it and roll it up. Next I put the roll on the bacon and roll it, looks great. Go out and start my MES and the AMS. This is the first time I'm using a AMS and very excited. All is good to go. Came back in the house to get my FIRST fatty and my Doberman is just finishing eating it raw!! She got it off the island. :mad2:
