The day started at 18 Degrees and its still cold as anything out side. My Lang 60 is holding temps rock solid and just waiting for the ribs to go on. We will be eating good tonight!

It was the first time in weeks I even considered firing up the pit since all the snow is now gone, but it's still freezing and windy, so I decided to take the easy way out and make the usual pot of Sunday sauce, homemade meatballs, sausage & braciole. :thumb:
 
when i put my stuff on @1130 it was nice. looked outside at 1300 and it snowing like a u know what...

Hate to say but...Yesterday when I cooked ribs it was 75f. I always say you guys up North are some tough rascals when it comes to cold. lol
