Did some Carolina Treet chicken thighs, a turkey breast and some Pepper Beef Chuck this past weekend.

Brined the turkey overnight then a little olive oil and rub...

Rubbed with pepper and kosher salt.

Didn't have any Guinness so I used a Blind Faith IPA by Magic Hat.

That all looks great! I've never tried Carolina Treet. What does it taste like?

Looks great. Did you add anything more to the thighs or is that just how the sauce cooked up?
