Who makes Food Club Charcoal?

Our local grocery chain has Food Club (house brand) charcoal for $2.50/9# bag. I've never used it and was wondering if anyone here knew who made it, or if anyone here has used it.

If it's any good, I'll load up on it.

If no one knows anything about it, guess I'll just buy a bag and try it.
