I have not posted in the last few weeks because Jackie and I were on vacation in the Adirondack on the Raquette River, at Blake Lake.

wow. 50 lbs. of leftovers in my fridge & ya got me wanting a cheeseburger. good job.
 
Nice lookin burgers.

Do you prefer to cook on the bottom (wide) side of the cast iron grate? I've given thoughts to flipping mine over for certain cooks.
