I made up a marinade of McCormick's Caribbean Jerk, olive oil, soy sauce, and cider vinegar. I let these birds soak for 24hrs. I cooked them like a beer can chicken but instead I used the little 6oz cans of pineapple juice. B&B lump charcoal in the vortex and pecan wood. They were very tasty.
