Fired up! Seasoned my 30x90 Shirley today

I wouldn't expect an increase with an extra 15". I went from a 24x36 tradition door single grate to a 24x55 straight back with 4 grates with insulated fb and didn't see any increase in wood use. I actually use smaller sticks. That's a beast!

That is an amazing looking rig right there. Farkin huge to boot, I'd have to sell a kid to fill that sucker with meat!
 
She is going out on her maiden cook this weekend. A couple of 17 pound briskets, 6 pork butts, probably 8 racks of ribs and 30 chicken thighs.
