Bacon and Spam

So I cubed up reduced sodium spam and wrapped it in bacon. I coated it in cayenne, brown sugar, and of Pineapple Head by Dizzy Pig.

No idea if this has been done but it seemed like a good idea.

Spoinks are better than moinks by far IMO.

Oh yeah just wanted to add this was done at about 300 degrees for about 40 minutes. I was checking to see if the sugars were burning or caramelized. 40 mins max at that temp.
 
:-D Thanks for the update, did you use any glaze or sauce? Or just straight? They look pretty good.

I was planning to sauce but they tasted so good straight they just don't need it.
So I didn't bother. :)
 
I have several cans that need to be rotated out of my BOB. Now I know what to do with them. :wink:
