Rub: Landarc's Sweet Herb Rub
Sauce: Bart's Blazin' Q Hot
Fire: Stubbs Briquettes, oak fire wood
Cook: 325°F for 40 minutes, sauce, 15 minutes, sauce and pull
Man, all year I have been distracted and have burned so much food, not keeping things in check, or forgetting things on the cooker.
