Chuck Eye Steak and Lobster

Chuck eye steak seasoned with Tatonka Dust and topped with blue cheese crumbles, lobster seasoned with Seafood Splash and garlic and herb potatoes seasoned with Big Poppa's Desert Gold seasoning. Cold smoked the steaks with oak for an hour, lobster and potatoes were grilled and then a quick sear of the steaks... this meal was delicious!

Chuck Eye is one of my favorite cuts but sadly haven't cooked any in a very long time. Gotta change that !
