Lebanese Kofta burgers, I know, right?

A late night foray to play with the WGA!
Made some Kofta style burger patties with fresh herbs from the garden, and some garlic and cumin, touch of cayanne pepper.

Made a few meatballs for lunch boxes too.

Used my new chimney for the first time and wowee do they get hot!
WGA primed we got right to it!

Hit tomato with EVOO S&P

Hit TFO's green stuff she insists we eat with EVOO and balsamic

and got right down to business

Please note on the right of the WGA shot, when "Honorary Southerner" Status was awarded I went right out and bought some redneck drinking vessels. TFO was bemused.
That's a redneck lime margerita, made by chucking a whole lime into a blender with tekillya and triple sec and poured over ice.:shocked::shocked::shocked::thumb::thumb::thumb:
