I had to travel to Syracuse NY last week for business, and found this place in downtown. Heard it was good, and it was! I had a great rib eye, with a quarter rack of ribs. Ribs had a great smoke ring, good flavor and texture off the bone. And you must try the french fries with (of all things)...pork sauce!!! :becky:

I visit family there at least once a year. I always hear how good it is, but do they ever let me go? No. One of these trips I'm going to go up a day in advance and stay in a hotel just so I can try it.
