Haven’t had country style ribs in a while and saw some at Sam’s yesterday so I figured with a morning temp of 36 and wind chill of 27 golf was out.

Got the shoe Classic going and up to 275. Rubbed with what was left of Daddy’s BBQ Sweet Love and finished with Bootsie’s Whiskey Lemon Fusion Funk. On the grill for an hour or so to soak up some Pecan smoke.

After an hour or so after flipping once into a pan with chopped onions, bell pepper and some thinned out BBQ sauce. Covered with foil and back on for another couple of hours.

Love them! Yours look mighty fine, B man! I like to finish mine over the coals to firm up the sauce.

Been years since I have had/made CSR and yours look amazing.

It’s been a long long time since I’ve had these...I need to give em a whirl again. They look great!

Looks delicious, must try that one day

Try it you’ll love them. Half the time of a butt and wonderful flavor. You can probably make your own by slicing “ribs” from a butt. This pack had two with a little bone in them but the rest were just meat.

I know it’s been over a year since I did them. Don’t know why now. I see them on sale regularly at Winn Dixie for $.99/lb. Gonna stock up next time.
