cookinpellets.com perfect mix and BBQer's Delight Hickory and Cherry. Bear Mountain and a few others are also good, but I can get Cookinpellets.com easily since the are in Racine, WI.

BBQer's Delight Hickory and Cherry mixed 1/2 and 1/2. I don't know if it makes any difference, but it sure smells good when it's a smokin'.

Been using Q Pellets since my local mom and pop place has them. I do a mix of Pecan an Cherry at 50/50 for smoking. I use hickory when cooking at high temps since it burns hotter.

Unless things have changed, B&B is re-branded BBQ Delight. They are a good pellet, but I have tried several brands and LJ IMO is better.

Lumber Jack Char Hickory seems to be very nice. I have only tried Traeger Hickory and Pit Boss Hickory for comparison and these seem way better.

+1 on cookinpellets perfect mix. Also liked their 100% hickory. They didn’t offer the plain cherry at the time but I think they do now.
