I'm not sure it's possible to get much lazier than this Tex-Mex-ish Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients

Dang, Kevin, that hit all the marks and looks outrageously delicious! Simplicity at it's finest.
 
Boy, this lazy cooking seems to be hitting a vein with the Brethren! I like what you did here. Some creativity involved too.
