Reverse Seared 2.5” Ribeye w/ Asparagus & Corn on the Cobb

Just when I thought I had decided on the "best grill shot" then comes along DH to put me doubt again. :confused:

On the asparagus, do you think its important to go in and out of alumunim foil like you have done? Seems like a lot of steps to me, but I haven't done this much with asparagus. Couldn't you just throw them on the grill and roll them a bit with tongs until they are done?

Thank you Tricky. Yes I could've cooked them that way but the last time I dried them out so I was just being extra careful. I believe it was the thinner diameter stuff last time that was the problem.
