shock....UDS thread, stayed for the rest.:-D
New to smoking meat, have used wood chip packets in the grill but I don't see it as the same thing. With winter coming to a close soon and -30C temps hopefully a thing of the past, I can finally kick the garden tractor out of the shop and get that UDS finished.:-D
Should be an interesting summer.
