Round 2 of sausages!!

Finally getting to the Beef bratwursts.. I got tired from the pork the other night.. then yesterday I was busy! These are jalapeno and cheddar fresh bratwursts.. will be packaged and frozen.. I will be cooking one up with a taste test later

I got 20 sausages for the freezer. 5 packs of 4.. and 3 hitting the grill later for a snack. Will update how these turned out.. the next round of sausages im gonna cure and smoke i think..
