Well tonight i fired up the egg, and made a slight modification to my WSM extension grate, and moved the bolts inward to fit on the egg, to get a grate that was almost level with the felt. It worked out grate!! haha. Cooked up some Road Side Chicken , with a little hickory. any way here some pics of the chix and taters and the grate.
