Grilled Sirloin.

Love sirloin. Not always super tender but man, it’s a great beefy taste. Those look delicious. Way to pass the passion on to your son.

Thanks guys, this morning he woke up and cleaned the grill and set up the snake method for our bbq beef ribs, all before I woke up. I think that he has the bug. Its hard to get this kid away from his computer.

Looks awesome. Love doing sirloin reverse sear and also lends itself to Sous Vide then blast with fire! Nice to switch it up from the usual 3!
