Just went on the Smoker......KBB n Mesquite chunks - got a Dozen chunks buried in the Charcoal.

I use YB for chicken but never have for pork. Maybe my next rack of ribs :thumb:

Heck yes !!!!

I love some Plowboy's and I love mesquite. I'm rolling mesquite smoke on my deck as we speak.

Gonna throw some wings on later.....and they will be dusted with some Plowboy's Yardbird & some RecTec Greek rub.
 
Wait wait wait.......Brisket drippings on top of Pork Ribs?

Beef flavored pork? Gotta have a special name for that, don'tcha?

YB is great. After years of using it on evening but beef I finally burned out on it. But I'd hit a couple of those. :thumb:
