It was a beautiful 80 degree day yesterday. My next door neighbor made biscuits and gravy for our breakfast (yum!), so we reciprocated and cooked dinner.
I grilled a pile of shrimp for starters.
I also grilled some pork loin chops. We served them with sauteed spinach and rice. It was a great dinner. :-D
