I made a fresh beef grind with chuck & short ribs so naturally I had to make this bodega classic on the Blackstone. Fresh ground beef, boars head American cheese, grilled onions, Duke's mayo, Heinz ketchup, shredded lettuce & tomato on fresh media noche bread from my local bakery. It was absolutely amazing & easy to see why the chopped cheese is a legendary sandwich in the burrows of NYC. If you've never had one I highly recommend it.

I'm with Adam up in MN. Thank to YouTube, I found my way to this adventure, using leftovers from a ribeye steak one weekend.

Yours looks wonderful(ly delicious).
