Decided to cook a porchetta on the Kamado. Can't wait to dig in

What's a td?
Here it is off the Kamado then in oven 500 degrees for 15 minutes. Like buttah

Looks fantastic! We found that it makes great sammies when thinly sliced on the meat slicer. Next time we make one, I'm putting it on the Weber 22.5 rotisserie.:becky:
 
I've thinking about trying one of these. What's inside the pork belly? Doesnt look like a whole loin.
 
Very nice indeed. I can only imagine what the sammies would taste like. You could do a modified Cubano with that!

I usually put a loin inside but not this time since it was small for my wife and i
 
We made sliders with caramelized onions, gruyere and a vegetable mayo.
