Haven't had any ManChops in a Long Time and after seeing One of Yall's Thick Cut Chops Thread the other Day I got's a Hankering for some. Stopped by HEB and asked them to cut me some Assorted chops 1.5" and he said the Cheap chops come in precut - thin lil bastards. :mad2:
So Went by Albertsons - they got Bone In Loin Chops on Sale for $.99/lb so I told them to cut me 20lbs at 1.5" thick tomorrow. :heh:
