First off, we made butt rubb, attached a photo...

4 butts - Currently brining in molasses and saltwater.

3 racks of babybacks - those will go on tomorrow afternoon.

1 brisket - That will go on tomorrow morning.

I'm thinking about using the Plowboys Bovine Bold on the brisket, Simply Marvelous Sweet & Spicy on the ribs... and my own butt rubb on the butts.

Butts are on, brisket is trimmed and rubbed and standing by. I'll deal with the ribs tomorrow.

No pics pre-smoker, but I'll take some in the AM.
 
Just before the butts came off the smoker.

The brisket went on at 6am this morning. I'll put the ribs on around noon.
