Haven't done brisket in a while. Found a 24lb on sale a month ago so will smoke that up today for family in town. Couple racks of ribs later too.

Went on about 6am.

How much Montreal seasoning did you put on it?
 
Wow!!! I’ve never seen a 24lbs. brisket for $63.49 on this side of the world … Smh.. I think I need to relocate.. 🧐🤣. Great job on the brisket and the spare ribs too..
