Thermometer

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a very good thermometer that can stay in the meat while cooking?

I have one that I bought for $30 at Home-Outfitters, but it is farking horrible. Was reading 82C when it was really 50C.

I need one that can run into an Egg.

I use the Maverick et-73.
