I’m not sure what you call it, but there is meat and it’s in a loaf form.

Started with 2 lbs of ground beef and 1 lb of ground pork.
Mixed that together and then flattened it.

Added a pork tenderloin (yes a whole one).

Added cheddar gruyere cheese and some asparagus from the Naturiffic garden.

Seasoned the pork tenderloin with Garlicky Lemon.

Wrapped it all up and then added a bacon weave jacket.
Seasoned that with Q-Salt

This went into the Shirley smoker running about 275-300F.

Smoked about 2.5 hours until it was 155F internal.
Sliced and served with smashed cauliflower and peas

It was tasty!
 
That is about as clever and unique as I have seen in a long time. I don't know how you came up with that, but it is nothing short of awesome!! Nicely done, John
