Oh, Lord... Shadow's cooking wings yet again... Yep. It's happening.

CINCHOUSE spoke and asked that we split tonight's offerings into thirds:
- Thai Red Chile (Sauce from back in June)
- Gold Star Chicken (couldn't help myself, with all the praises heaped on this stuff)
- Nando's Hot Peri-Peri

Here're the rub offerings (used John Henry's Mojave Garlic on the Thai-to-be) and Wicken Yanks' Wings Rub on the Nando's-to-be.

Love this Food Saver and all it's helped us "stash" away for later use!

Marc, you have become the "wing master" in this forum.

Nowhere close, brother.

That said....

Thai Red Curry - Oh, Hell Yes. Splash of lime... Done. CINCHOUSE managed to pull herself out of migrane hell for these.

Nando's Hot Peri-Peri - Oh, how we miss this joint from England, but I'm thankful that they have sauce available in several spots around the US. Even toted a bigger bottle home from the East Coast!

Gold Star Chicken Rub - Best dry option I've seen for a long while on wings. I need to put this on a whole bird that's getting the "beer can" treatment in the kettle next time. No wonder you fellas love it so! Still (Frustratingly) a touch spicy for our munchkin... who, just minutes before, devoured hummus & Nando's Hot Peri-Peri Sauce. I don't get it. :twitch:

Thanks for hanging in with me.

Last time I bother you this weekend. Promise.

Now that I'm home and not on a work machine for a second look.....

Those Mojave Garlic / Thai Red Curry wings are totally off the hook! :-D

Just.....WOW! :thumb:
