Smoked a couple family steaks along with ground sirloin. No season just smoke. Onion- Garlic- Two Alarm.
Two shots of tequila per cowgirl's recipe. One for the pot one for the cook. Found Shaquanda's Sauce at World Market. Good stuff.

Looks like the Frito shortage hasn't hit your neck of the woods. I made a batch of chili using the new Oakridge stuff yesterday. I was in serious need of some Fritos, but 5 stores including Walmart and United were completely out. Really odd.
 
Couple weekends ago experienced a Frito No Show. Not this weekend though
 
Looks mighty fine there, Don Adams!

Can't believe that I didn't make chili when the temp went from the 70s to the upper 30s a couple of days ago. Need to before it gets back to the 80s this weekend.
