Fired up the "OTS Burg" complete with the CIGs and the "extended CIG" (Thank you Larry Wolfe, wherever you may be
)
(yeah, all that hardware supportin' that CIG extension is fine German Stainless Steel).
Anyway, got the Hasselback potatoes goin' and Acorn squash roastin'...
...then the rains came so we hid under cover with a few other Webers...
Things settled after a while and the squash and HBP's were near completion so...
I tossed on the 1.89lb sirloin...lubed with EVOO and a Caribbean rub...
[a little brown sugar, granulated garlic, dried thyme, ground allspice, kosh salt & freshly grd blk pepper...]
The HB taters ready to rest...
..and the darlin' acorns are perfect (a sprinkle of turbinado sugar inside) ....
superduper Broccoli was steamed then seasoned with S&P and . . . (ARE YOU HUNGRY TOO???)
Whoa... can you believe after i eight all that, i ....
was full??!!
uh-huh... i didn't eet another thing for, well... at least two hours.
It was ALL good and certainly filling!
I like to thank you all for swingin' by... so truly appreciated.
