I had my mine set on making some Pork LOin chops before reading Dan's thread about his LOin Chops. However, his thread created an eagerness or hankering to cook these LOin chops and post some PRONOgraphy to boot!

Guys,

I am going to hold production off on this for a moment. I just came out with the Pecan and Cherry rub very close together, so I am trying to keep everything in proper perspective.

I went to the lab and came out with a Sweet Maple rub last night.:tape::laugh:
 
Maple & Pecan combined hmmmmmm

I'll say this, only buy BBS it in the 5lbs bags otherwise you will be doing this :doh: or more likely this:frusty:
