I think Marty crowned me the leader so he could have someone to blame for his lack of a sense of humor. I'm only going to the bash to see which brethren betrays me this year. I have become addicted to the suspense.

11 hours and 55 minutes by car for us.
Pulling the camper, we'll be on the road for 3 short days, instead of 2 long days.
Just got confirmation on the CG in Abbeville, LA for the week after the Bash.
All the T's are now dotted and all my I's are crossed.

we are 50 DAYS till the 2023 Texas BBQ Brethren Spring Bash!!!
Checking the signup sheet, not much movement. We got a bump with Westx.
Would like to have a whole bunch more. So please go ahead and let the Brethren who are cooking or bringing sides and supplies know your are attending.

I couldn't agree more, Hotch. There have to be several brethren within a couple hours drive that could come out for a meet and greet and eat some good food. There is nothing that can compare to shaking hands with some of the folks that you chat with on here.
