somebody shut me the fark up.

Used the Disc/Comal pans I bought.
Started with disc type pan.

Bob had asked about burner. It was a nice flame but it also has adjustable regulator.

Next I added chorizo

Once it started cooking down I added the rib trimmings.

Next I changed to tortilla comal. Didn't want to unbox the other burner.

I sprayed with pam and heated. I cooked the meat and pulled it up on side to drain and the liquid started to burn. I was worried about clean up. I scooped the meat out.
I added a glass full of water and heated. It cleaned right off easily.

Man, those look so good! I want one of those things bad... My wife will just kick my @#$% if I put one more thing on our tiny little porch though.

Maybe I could keep it in the front yard:idea:
