It has served me well at chili comps, Willie Palooza , Newsday gig etc etc.

Guy, I think I worked it out today. I called our junkie friend from sayville who said he will go to the contest on my behalf for a "carnie style birthday celebration".

I noticed a pattern that when I go in on one of these rib bets that I really tank bad in ribs so NO for me!!!

haven't tried our new techinques with chicken at a comp yet,, Get a real good eye opening lesson last year at Dover from a friend that was cooking with us. I do know I can take a flat of thighs and make each piece dang near identical. but as I said,, haven't tried it myself in a comp yet..
