I'll probably spatch one for the guys at work. But inexplicably neither side of my family much cares for a real smoked turkey. They'd rather have one dried out in the oven for a while. Whatever.

I've thought about it. However, I've never done one so I assume I should probably do a test run before I disappoint 17 people.
