Does anyone else cater breakfast?

We did a breakfast catering job for a company here a few weeks ago. Biscuits & gravy, french toast, hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. My wife posted a few pictures of it on our Facebook page and now we're getting swamped with calls for breakfast catering jobs.

Don't get me wrong, I like the business but we're getting up at 4:00 am, getting breakfast cooked and delivered, then going and getting everything else ready for our regular 11-6 hours of selling barbecue. Get home a little after 6:00 pm, get the smoker going again and get brisket and pork shoulders on for the next day.

I'm getting too old for this!

Sound like something got to give before you burn yourself out. Have you considered hiring some help?

Sounds like fun.... For awhile...... Pick and choose what you want to do. We were in a boat somewhat similar, and I found chasing dollars was just getting me burnt out.
