Wow...I'd have my man buy whatever he needed to 'que, if I could just talk him into actually COOKING...any suggestions, gents, on how to accomplish that? ;o)

I can`t answer that in a public forum:icon_blush: . I do now have her hooked on cheese filled fatties now and tonight I an smoking a couple of butts tomarrow I am going to try something new I will post if it turns out.

I got married in December of 1974. I have been BBQing and catering and dutch oven cooking the whole time. Economy shortfalls caused me to close my BBQ restaurant in 2009. My wife is now my sole support---try that on for ego deflation. I am very lucky with my wife's back ---doing catering jobs every weekend.
