Decided to cook up a prime flank from creekstone and added a dry aged creekstone strip too...whipped up same chimi I use for tri tips
Seasoned with SPG

Layered it on the board and let it rest

Epic disappointment. It was over cooked for us and it was way too salty. I used a course sea salt and pepper and garlic on the steak and it was way too much, especially with the chimi (which might of been too salty also). Not sure what ineas thinking, but sometimes you hit a home run and sometimes you strike out. Think it will be ok On sandwiches tomorrow though
