Wegmans Lump Charcoal

A few weeks ago I picked up a bag of Wegmans lump at Wegmans of course. It was pretty cheap @ $5.99 for 10 pounds. Good Lump Charcoal is hard as hell to find around here. The Cowboy stuff is expensive and burns up very fast like paper. Royal Oak is also pricy and it can be hard to find. A store that has Royal Oak may have it one week and gone the next never to carry it again.

The Wegmans stuff seemed to work pretty well. Any thoughts?

i was told it is royal oak in the wegmans bag, but i dont know for sure...
if it works and is cheap burn it....

I usually get royal oak at the restaurant store. not sure if you have one close or not.

All the Walmarts around here sell Royal Oak lump.

American. East Amhearst as in Buffalo NY. "Mali's" is short for Malizewski or something like that. I am good friends with the owners daughter, but I used the stuff before I knew her! ;-)

Heck you live in Freehold there should be a Walmart near you. They always have made in the USA RO.
